TRAVEL
HOTEL: Must be the same hotel as the client - 1 room per photographer | 2 nights domestic | 3 nights international
FLIGHT: Roundtrip flight per photographer | Nonstop | Book by our team then invoiced for reimbursement
TRANSPORTATION: Uber or car rental costs are to be invoiced for reimbursement.
TRAVEL FEES WAIVED: If the full balance is paid upfront. This only applies to domestic (US) weddings.

What is your booking process?
Once you sign the contract, a 30% retainer is required to secure your wedding day booking. The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. Deposits and signatures can be completed online. A 3.5% processing fee is added to the total package price, but you can avoid this by paying via Zelle or CashApp.

What is your turnaround time?
7-10 weeks for the wedding gallery to be completely edited. Lookout for a few sneak peeks :)

What is a High Resolution Online Gallery?
All final photographs will be delivered via an online gallery in high definition, which you may share with family and friends, download to your device, and order more prints as needed. For weddings the link expires after 12 months and for engagements after 6 months, we strongly advise that you save your photographs to various locations on your computer.

How many Images will I receive?
Varies by wedding, but estimated 400-1500 Photos depending on the wedding.

What is your editing process?
We will apply our style of editing to all the images in your gallery, which includes color correction, adjusting tones, enhancing vibrancy, and other similar adjustments. Additionally, for more intimate portraits, such as the bride and groom portraits, we will edit the photos with greater attention to detail, which may include retouching and background removal.

What are your travel fees?
United States: No travel fees within 100 miles of Philadelphia, PA
Destination wedding: We can talk more over the phone.

How many photos are in the wedding album?
Varies by album, 35 - 100 of your favorite Images, ranging from 20 - 50 pages.

How do I book?
We will provide you with a formal proposal that outlines all the items we have agreed upon in the package we created together. Along with the proposal, you will receive an invoice and a contract to sign. Payment of the retainer will be required to secure our services.
